Wholesale pricing and ordering are available to approved trade partners. You must provide accurate business details when applying for an account and keep your login details secure. We may accept, refuse or suspend accounts at our discretion where necessary to protect our business or other customers.

3. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices shown are wholesale prices unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will contact you with options.

4. Payment

Payment is due according to the method selected at checkout or agreed on your trade account. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is not received or is declined.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Next-day options may be available for eligible UK mainland orders placed before the daily cut-off. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery (or on attempted delivery where you fail to take receipt).

6. Returns & shortages

Please inspect deliveries promptly and report shortages, damage or incorrect items within a reasonable time. Returns of opened cosmetic products may be restricted for hygiene reasons. Contact us before returning any goods so we can advise on the correct process.
